Northeast Alabama Community College’s English Department and Sigma Kappa Delta are sponsoring a Writers’ Workshop, featuring award-winning authors David Arnold and Jeff Zentner. The workshop will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023, on the NACC campus in the Health Education Building, Room 106.
The first annual CEO EXPO was held in 2011 at Earnest Pruett Center of Technology (EPCOT). Over 600 ninth graders from every school in Jackson County participated.
The October 2023 meeting of the Jackson County Historical Association will be at the Scottsboro Depot Museum on Sunday, October 29 at 2:00 pm.
