Mr. Douglas Springsteen, 56 of Scottsboro passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2020. Graveside services were held on Monday, February 10, 2020 at Cedar Hill Cemetery with John Watts officiating.
Douglas was a 22-year veteran of the U.S. Navy, a member of the Patriot Guard Riders of Texas, the Baptist faith, and he loved restoring Tonka trucks.
He is survived by his sons, Joseph Springsteen, Jacob Springsteen, Cameron Springsteen, Dallas Whitaker; grandchildren, Tyler Springsteen, Daniel Springsteen, Riley Springsteen, Zeke Gonzalez, Faye Springsteen, Radie Springsteen, Elisha Springsteen; sisters, Kathy (John) Watts, Marianne Springsteen, Susan Comer, Sharon (Greg) Ordway, Kimberly (Clay) Pilgrim; brothers, David (Bev) Springsteen, Michael (Mary) Springsteen, Bob (Kathy) Springsteen, Tim Springsteen; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Alex Springsteen, parents, Warren and Mary Ellen Springsteen; brother, Rick Springsteen.
