Mr. Chadwick “Chad” Lee Matthews, 45 of Scottsboro, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2023. Graveside services were held on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Cedar Hill Cemetery with Dr. Matt Helms officiating.

He is survived by his son, Jackson Matthews; mother, Doris Matthews; sister, Courtney (Cully) Nelson; nephew, Trip Nelson; niece, Isabelle Nelson.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Matthews; sister, Christy Matthews; grandparents, James and Ruby Matthews, Walter and Gertrude Hoge.
