Mr. Michael A. Goodwin, 65 of Henagar, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel.

He is survived by his wife, Loria Reynolds; daughters, Lashae Hicks, Barbara Counce, Kimberly Gaddis, Katlyn Reynolds; sons, Keith Edwards, Michael Edwards; multiple brothers and sisters; 19 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Goodwin, Jr.; mother, Mae Garmany; father, Edgar Marts; sister, Patsy Goodwin; brother, Eddie Marts.
