Andrea Pineda Koehler Allen, 54 of Section, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022 at her residence. Funeral services were held on Friday, September 16, 2022 at Harmony Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Adams officiating. Burial followed in the adjoining cemetery.

Andrea was born in Austin, Texas on Friday, November 10, 1967. She grew up in Buda, Texas and graduated from Hays High in 1985. The next year, she enlisted in the United States Air Force and served for four years. While in Germany, she gave birth to her son. After serving, she came home to Austin. Andrea had a dream of becoming a nurse. In 1993 she moved to Ft. Walton Beach, and she was able to attend school and became a L.V.N. She was proud of being an LVN and enjoyed taking care of people, even the ones who were mean to her. She loved to travel and play blackjack. She was a loving mother and wife, and she will be loved and missed.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Allen, Sr.; children, Michael Allen, Jr., Mathias Allen, John Koehler; grandchild, Issac Allen; siblings, Augustus Alvarado IV, Veronica Alvarado. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Alvarado and stepfather, Augustus Alvarado.
