Imogene Bray, 89 of Leeds, passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2022. Services were held on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at Kilgroe Funeral Home with burial following in Forest Crest Cemetery.

Barbara was born on Wednesday, April 19, 1933 in Bonifay, Florida. She worked for Amsouth Bank for 26 years, was an award-winning gardener, and she was also a founding member of the Leeds Historical Society. She was also a longtime member of First Baptist Leeds, where she taught Sunday school, sang in the church choir and assisted with office bookkeeping. Above all, Imogene was the most wonderful Gigi to her grandchildren. She lived in Leeds for 58 years.

She is survived by her daughters, Ann (Tony) DeBellis, Robin (Frank) McCrackin; grandchildren, Claire (Jon) Meads, Anna DeBellis, Daniel McCrackin, Ryan McCrackin, Jonathan McCrackin; great-grandchildren, Lydia Meads, Wade Meads. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Robert Bray.
