Mr. Sam Junior Wright, 80 of Scottsboro, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022. Funeral services were held on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Broome officiating. Burial followed in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.

He is survived by his wife, Roxie Wright; son, Paul (Wendi) Wright; stepdaughter, Teresa (Don) Long; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, David Wright.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Gladys Wright; sister, Junie Franks.
