Mr. Charles “Charlie” Phillips, 89 of Chelsea, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022. Funeral services were held on Sunday, August 7, 2022 at Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Kevin McCreless officiating. Burial followed at Broadway Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Phillips; daughters, Delana (Joe) Long, Charlene (Don) Mauck; grandchildren, Charlie Mauck, Brett (Rebecca) Long, Matt (Loren) Long; great-grandchildren, Laurel, Meg and Landon Long. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Phillips; mother, Merie Phillips; brother, Gilmer Phillips.
