Mr. Robert McElyea, 79 of Dutton, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022. Funeral services were held on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with his family officiating. Burial followed in New Canaan Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Emma McElyea; daughters, Rhonda Gordon, Cindy (Eric) Dukes; grandchildren, Niki Ray, Joseph (Lea) Ray, Brady (Felecia) Dukes, Avery Dukes; great-grandchildren, McKinnley, Ellie, Camden, Wyatt. He was preceded in death by his son, Jerry McElyea; father, Ance McElyea; mother, Geneva Shrader; sister, Mavis Johnson; brothers, Kenneth Marbut, Howard McElyea, Larry McElyea.
