Rena Kate Evan, 81 of Scottsboro passed away Saturday, January 25, 2020. Private services were held on Friday, January 31, 2020 at Rudder Funeral Home with interment following in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Ms. Evans was born on Tuesday, April 26, 1938 in Scottsboro to the late Jasper Evans and Mae Bell Evans. A native of Scottsboro, she retired from the Benham plant. She is survived by her nieces, Deborah (Douglas) Williams, Vanessa (Gary) Fomby, Stephanie (Michael) Jordan, Carla Elliott; great-nieces, Kellie (Triston) Sexton, Laporitia (Troy) Morgan, Jasmine Elliott, Jessica Finley; nephews, Herbert Evans, Gabriel Fomby, Donnie Finley, Donnie Finley II.
