Mr. Edward Vernon Frayer, 70 of Scottsboro, passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022. Memorial services were held on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at Scottsboro Funeral Home.

He was a United States Vietnam veteran and loved to cook, fish and the Chicago Cubs.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Roma Frayer; daughters, Heather Rice, Hollie Burns; stepdaughters, Sharon (Mark) Peters, Denise Jones; stepsons, Arthur Abbeduto, Phillip Abbeduto; sisters, Sandy Lawdhead, Karen (Dennis) Burton; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews
