Mrs. Joan E. Neeley, 75 of Fort Payne passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2022. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Hamilton officiating. Burial followed in Glenwood Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Coye Neeley; sons, Stacey (Dianne) Neeley, Chad (Kim) Neeley; grandchildren, Preston Neeley, Montanna Neeley, Bentley Neeley, Breanna (Alex) Smith; brother, Ivan (Charlene) Wooten. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Nellie Wooten; sister, Judy Wooten; granddaughter, Morganne Neeley.
