Rita Gail Johnson, 69 of Adamsburg passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021. Funeral services were held on Sunday, December 12, 2021 with Robert Oyler officiating. Burial followed in Walker’s Chapel Cemetery.
She is survived by her children, Lisa Young, Darlean (Charles) Blair, Shannon and Amanda Spears; siblings, Betty Lou New, Danny Thompson, Joyce Burton; 22 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vadie and Tressie Thompson; sister, Margaret Cowart; son-in-law, Donald Young; nephews, Randy New, Tim Cowart; grandson, Jayme Winters.
