Mr. Ernest Summerford, 73 of Pisgah passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021 at his daughter’s residence in Kentucky. Funeral services were held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with grandson, Dalton Wilson officiating. Burial followed in Rosalie Baptist Church Cemetery.
He is survived by his son, Timothy (Tracey) Summerford; daughters, Regina (Daryl) Evans, Tracy (Rick) Harding, Beverly Griggs, Kimberly (Ronnie Siress) Wilson, Kristy (Do) Smith; sisters, Joyce Brown, Gracie; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Summerford; parents, William and Nancy Summerford; 11 brothers and sisters.
