Donald Lee Payne, 80 of Stevenson passed away Saturday, December 21, 2019. Funeral services were held Saturday, December 27, 2019 at Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson with Bro. Dwight and James L. Phillips officiating. He is survived by his wife, Jean Payne; daughter, Karen Payne; several nieces, nephews, cousins and church family; special family, Heather, Crystal, Haven, Mason, Lilah, Tristan and Aurora. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Zelma Payne; daughter, Donna Payne; sisters, Linda Kirby, Helen Phillips, Rose Mary Payne, Betty Sartin; brother, Clinton Payne.
