Cecil R. Williams, 52 of Sylvania passed away on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at his residence. Funeral services were held on Friday, November 12, 2021 at Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Lands officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Yana Williams; children, Darrion Williams, Jerid (Kara) Carter, Heather (Robert) Johns, Danielle (David) Ladwig, Victoria (Allen) Watts, Joshua (Hannah) Ladwig; mother, Patricia (Tommy) Clines; brother, Randy (Regina) Williams; sisters, Tina Williams, Annette Williams, Michelle Williams; three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Williams; sister, Teresa Williams.
