Mr. Philip Brandon, 66 of Scottsboro passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2020. Graveside services were held on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at Liberty Cemetery with Russ Russell officiating. Mr. Brandon is survived by his sisters, Stephanie (David) Howard and Linda B. Fischer; nieces, Cari Loturco and Elizabeth Williams; nephew, Ben (Jessica Ray) Howard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Isaac and Mary Brandon.
