Barbara Ann Thomas Powell, 83 of Scottsboro passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rev. Donna King officiating. Burial followed in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Powell is survived by her sister, Sarah Cornelison; brothers, Walter (Betty) Thomas, Sammy (Mary) Thomas; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Powell; parents, Lawt and Fannie Thomas; brothers, G.W., Scott, John and Johnsie Thomas.
