Leola Marie Smith, 85, passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2021. Funeral services were held on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Rudder Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brent Smith officiating. Interment followed in St. Bonaventure Cemetery.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, Mitchell Smith; daughter, Gail Kirk; sisters, Alpha (Bill) Avans, Zella (Rex) Morris; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Thomas and Gladys Scott; son, Jeffery Smith; siblings, Manuel Scott, Wesley Scott, George Scott, Letha Atchley, Janie smith, Mary Smith, Connor Scott, Jim Scott, Delbert Smith.
