Mrs. Shelia Elaine Starkey, 40 of Henagar passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with Bro. Eugene Crawford and Bro. Andy Smothers officiating. Burial followed in New Hope Cemetery.
