Mr. Raymond Eugene Higgins, 65 of Dalton departed this life on Thursday morning of August 26, 2021. Funeral services were held on Monday, August 30, 2021 at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with his nephew, Shawn Goad officiating. He was laid to rest at Pine Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery.
