Mr. Larry D. Proctor, 71 of Athens and formerly of Scottsboro passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021. Funeral services were held on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Rudder Funeral Home chapel in Scottsboro with Rev. Donna King officiating. Burial followed in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Larry is survived by his wife, Becky Proctor; mother, Izella Proctor; son, John Proctor; daughter, Rana (Bubba) Smith; grandchildren, Mason Smith, Kathrynn Proctor, Brooklynne Proctor; sister, Sharon Proctor. He was preceded in death by his father, Delbert Proctor.
