Mrs. Saundra Mitchell Harper of Murfreesboro and formerly of Scottsboro passed away on Monday, July 26, 2021 at her home. Funeral services were held on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro with Dr. Robert Gamble officiating. Burial followed in Goose Pond Cemetery.
Saundra was a member of the Scottsboro High Class of 1962.
She is survived by her daughter, Holly (Carlos) Alberti; son, Timothy (Lauren) Harper; grandchildren, Carlos Alberti, Storm Alberti, Savanna Alberti, Scout Alberti, Katherine Harper, Samuel Harper; great-grandchildren, Adily, Lakyn, Ryker, Harlen, Harper. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Harper; parents, Dickie and Marie Mitchell; sister, Pam Mitchell.
