Mr. Duane Johnson, 79 of Scottsboro passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.
Duane loved the Lord and his family. He enjoyed gospel mucis, golfing and vacationing with his family at the beach. He will never be forgotten and will forever be in our hearts.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Carolyn Johnson; daughters, Annette (Robert) Alley, Vicki Breedlove; son, Tim Johnson; stepdaughter, Karen (Chad) Grider; stepson, Tony (Dana) Rodgers; brother, Richard Johnson; sisters, Sandra (Eddie) Bryant, Kay (Larry) Johnson; grandchildren, Rachel (James) Blackwood, Jessica (Jeffery) Henegar, Katelin (Byron) Miller, Serrina (Corey) Kirby, Karista (Glenn) McMurtry, Ty Johnson, Tata (Joey) Kirby; step-grandchildren, Brittany Goins, Tyler Goins, Hunter Grider, Breanna Rodgers, Kaylee Rodgers; 19 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Faredia Johnson; brothers, Donald Johnson, Mike Johnson.
