Mamie Jane Shepherd, 70 of Scottsboro passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 surrounded by family and loved ones. Funeral services were held on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Scottsboro with Steve Wilbanks officiating. Burial followed in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
She is survived by her love of her life, her husband, Lawrence Shepherd; son, Kevin Shepherd; daughter-in-law, Debra Shepherd; grandson, Dakota Shepherd; sisters-in-law, Penny, Peggy, Louise; father, Edward Jr. Collins; brothers, Charles Edward, Shirley Collins, Stevie Collins; sisters, Dorthy Davidson, Rita and Rodney Campbell. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruthean; brothers, James Collins, Rodney Collins.
