William Arthur Dawson, 78 of Bridgeport, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2021 at his home. Graveside services were held Sunday, February 7, 2021 at St. Bonaventure Cemetery.
Mr. Dawson is survived by his daughter, Jacqueline Lechele (Scott) Nelson; son, Billy Dwayne (Regena) Dawson; grandsons, Matthew, Jarett (Jenna) and Jeremy; granddaughter, Makayla; honorary granddaughter, Robin Land; brother, Wayne (Karen) Dawson; sisters, Mary (George) Gregg, Cheryl (Howard) Evans, Janice Wilbanks and Joyce (Jimbo) Grider; many nieces and nephews; and long-time girlfriend, Hazel Dawson.
Mr. Dawson was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Jean Anthony Dawson; parents, Arthur and Myrtle Dawson; and brother, Thomas Dawson.
