Jessie Wininger, 91 of Scottsboro, born to Denny and Willie Manning on Sunday, November 17, 1929, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021. Graveside services were held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Shelton Cemetery with Steve Wininger officiating.
Mrs. Wininger is survived by her son, Terry (Vicky) Wininger; daughters, Brenda (Rex) Scivally, Charlotte (Frank) Cothran, Teresa Linville; granddaughter, Sherrie (Bill) Welch; grandsons, Kelly (Tonya) Wininger, Tim (Brianna) Judge, John (Amber) Linville, Chris Linville, Brian Scivally, Russell Scivally. She was preceded in death by her husbands, William H. Wininger and Marion Wininger; son-in-law, Roger Linville.
