Mrs. Clara Faye Vinson, 88 of Grant passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021.
Clara was born to Chester and Emma Tidwell Johnson. A hard worker, she always made time for her loving family and friends, her church, Grant First Baptist, and she enjoyed watching the Atlanta Braves.
Mrs. Vinson is survived by her husband, Charles Vinson; son, Daryl Long; daughter, Judy Mann; stepson, Charles “Bubba” Vinson, Jr.; stepdaughters, Sharon Hensley, Karen Lawrimore; grandchildren, Kristy Walls, Stephanie McDonald, Matt Long, Amanda Elliott, Jennifer Picard, Tyler Long, Jessica Sparks, Joseph Long; 23 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Dean Long; seven siblings.
