Mrs. Doris Morris Maples, 84 of Scottsboro passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020. Funeral services were held on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Garner officiating. Burial followed in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
Doris is survived by her children, Regina Bearden, Robert Harold, Jr. (Lisa) Morris, Carl (Claudia) Wininger, Danny (Vickie) Wininger, Billy Wininger, Bobby Wininger, Steven (Stacy) Baker, Jesse Prince; 17 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Jess Duke; mother, Florence Rodgers; brothers, Marion Duke, Tommy Duke, Loyd Duke.
The family would like to thank nurse, Theresa Higgins and the aides of Amedisys Hospice for the special care their mother received.
