Mr. Ottis Wayne McCrary, Sr., 80 of Scottsboro passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2020. Funeral services were held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rev. J.B. Jones and Bro. Brandon Evans officiating. Burial followed in Long Acre Cemetery.
Mr. McCrary was a Baptist minister and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. He was the former pastor of Liberty Baptist Church.
Ottis is survived by his wife, Ina Faye Turner McCrary; daughters, Sandy (Glen) Kirby, Carol D. Woods; sons, Ottis (Donna) McCrary, Jr., Shannon (Amanda Osby) McCrary; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Ann (Danny) Saint; brothers, Tommy (Mary) McCrary, Jim (Brenda) McCrary, Charlie (Diane) McCrary.
He was preceded in death by his parents, T.B. and Fannie McCrary; sister and brother-in-law, Opal Lee McCrary and Gentry Phillips; grandson, Rickey McCrary
