On Thursday, September 17, 2020, Mary Ruth Hall, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed from this life at the age of 83. Funeral services were held on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at Scottsboro Funeral Home with burial following at Gold Cemetery. Pallbearers were, Tiffany Baker, Michelle Steele, Jeremy Steele, Rebecca Hall, Josh Baker, Wyatt Twaddle, Caitlin Steele, Jace Steele, Sheyanne Tucker.
Mary Ruth Hall was born on Sunday, July 11, 1931 in Estill Springs. She was a member of Letcher Church of God for many years.
She is survived by her son, Bill William (Peggy) Hall; daughter, Connie (Donnis) Steele, grandchildren, Tiffany (Josh) Baker, Michelle Steele, Jeremy (Caitlin) Steele, Rebecca (Wyatt) Twaddle; great-grandchildren, Jace Steele, Sheyanne Tucker, Callie Steele, Sarah Steele, Jackson Steele, Baylor Steeele, Everly Rose Steele; sister, Jenell Mathis; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Hulen Hall; sisters, Hazel Parmley, Geneva Fadley; brother, Edward Trussell.
