Mr. Vernon G. Hoge, 85 of Scottsboro passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2020. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Hobbs, Rev. David Moorman and Rev. Phillip Webb officiating. Burial followed at Cedar Hill.
Mr. Hoge is survived by his daughters, Gena Quinn and Melanie (Steve) Johnson; sons, Bruce (Nancy) Hoge, Perry (Sonya) Hoge; sister, Shelby Webb; grandchildren, Amanda (Marshall) Murdock, Riley (Lori) Hoge, Ben (Robyn) Johnson, Tyler Johnson, Sarah Hoge, Molly (Cole) Border, Brooke (Richard) Zolnik, Holly Quinn, Amber Quinn, Autumn Quinn, Jeremy Quinn, Paige (Garon) Machen, Sydney Staton; great-grandchildren, Emerson Murdock, Jase Hoge, Hunter Hoge, Blakely Border, Abrie Machen, Hollis Machen, Hattie Machen.
Mr. Hoge was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Hoge; sons, Steve Staton; parents, George and Fannie Hoge.
