After a long illness, Jackie Kane Allen, 57 of Scottsboro has gone home to be with her lord and savior, Jesus Christ. Jackie passed away Friday, May 15, 2020 at her residence. Graveside services were held on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at Pinehaven Memorial Gardens with Bro. Mike Maynor and Bro. Johnny Johnson officiating.
Her special angels who touched and changed her life forever, her beloved Cheyenne, Amanda, Marcia and Rhett, she loved them all as if they were her own, and they gave so much love to one another. Before her illness, she was a two-year old teacher at Calvary Baptist Kindergarten. She loved working there with her children. She loved her children, and they loved her. She touched many lives through this kindergarten, and this ministry was so close to her heart- a calling that God put in her life. She fought the good fight of faith, but she is at peace now and in no more pain. She has earned her wings and is in the arms of Jesus.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis Allen; mother, Jacklyn Kane; sisters, Michele Kane, Charity (Charlie) Mountain, Kathy (Dale) Sheaks; brothers, Chuck Kane, Patrick (Connie) Kane; sister-in-law, Ann Allen; David (Jane) Allen, Jay (Mary) Allen; lots of nieces and nephews; many beloved family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Jacob Kane, Sr.; brother, John Christopher Kane; sister, Christyann Kane Sheaks; sister-in-law, Melissa.
