Jack Smith, 80 of Flat Rock passed away Sunday, April 26, 2020. Graveside services were held at Gray Cemetery on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 with Johnny Anderson officiating.
Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Susie Smith; children, Reamona (Roger) Hubbard, Linda (Bill) Cummins, Charles (Peggy) Smith; grandchildren, Brandon (Kristy) Schrimsher, Matthew (Chris) Hubbard, Tyler Smith, Jacqueline (Ryan) Green, Malorie (Andrew) Griffith, Brent Cannon, Abigail Smith, Lilly Smith; great-grandchildren, Sam, Hank, Blake, Annie, Boden, Claire, India; great-great-grandchild, Baylor; siblings, S.L. (Lisa) Smith, Phyllis (Dwight) Swearingier; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, S.L. Sr. and Pauline Smith; sisters, Pearl, Mary Jo, Brenda; brothers, Harold, Ted, Donnie, James Franklin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Flat Rock Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department.
