Mr. Billy Derwood Rodgers, 78 of Scottsboro passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020. Graveside services were held at Cedar Hill Cemetery with Pastor Shandy Dill officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Rodgers; sisters-in-law, Vicki (Tommy) Miller, Ima Rodgers; several nieces and nephews.
