Mr. Verlon J. Reese, 80 of Rainsville passed away Monday, March 30, 2020 at DeKalb Regional Medical Center. Private graveside services were held for the family.
He is survived by his son, Ron (Cheryl) Reese; daughter, Laura (Ray) Dabbs; brothers, Donny Shankles, Andy Shankles; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Tilden Lee Roy Shankles; mother, Lilly Mae Shankles; son, Tim Reese; daughter, Tina Reese.
