Advance Displays is proud to announce the opening of a new 303,000-square-foot distribution center in Scottsboro, Alabama. This expansion marks a major step forward in the company’s ability to provide faster service, lower freight costs, and improved logistics for customers across the Eastern U.S. and internationally. The facility will begin shipping operations in July of this year, ensuring a smooth and immediate impact on supply chain efficiencies.
Advance Displays has been a trusted leader in retail fixtures and shelving since 1979 and has partnered with Lozier since 1990. With existing locations in Salt Lake City and Riverton, Utah, this new facility places the company directly across from Lozier’s manufacturing plant, further strengthening an already successful partnership.
“Scottsboro is the perfect place for this expansion,” said Rick Lucking, CEO of Advance Displays. “Not only does this facility enhance our operational efficiency, but the warm welcome and proactive support from local leadership made it clear that this was the right home for us.”
Advance Displays selected Scottsboro over other potential locations thanks to the efforts of key community advocates. Mayor Jim McCamy personally met with the company’s leadership, sharing Scottsboro’s history and highlighting the strengths of the local workforce and community. His genuine enthusiasm and deep connection to the city were deciding factors in making this expansion a reality.
Hunter Harding also played a crucial role by introducing Advance Displays to local businesses that will be valuable partners in supporting the new distribution center. His efforts ensured a smooth transition and integration into the Scottsboro business landscape.
As Advance Displays begins operations in Scottsboro, the company looks forward to building strong partnerships and continuing its mission of delivering high-quality store fixture solutions with unmatched reliability.
