Lenore Barclay Lockard, age 52, passed away on March 6, 2025. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed in the Prince Cemetery.
Mrs. Lockard is survived by her husband, Greg; her three sons, Collin Lockard (Kat Fisher), Conner Lockard, and Colton Lockard (Hannahstaysia Weaver);father in law and mother in law, Larry Lockard and Ruby Nell Lockard; uncles and aunts, Tommy Hurt, David Hurt and Carolyn Hurt; cousins, Clay (Kendra) Barclay, Stephen Hurt, Emily Sloan Hurt, Parker Hurt and Shannon Hurt.
Born on August 6, 1972, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth “Rooster” Barclay and Betty Rose Hurt Barclay.
Lenore married the love of her life, Greg Lockard, on April 22, 1995, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion to their family. She was a loving wife, mother, and friend. Her boys were her pride and joy, and she poured her heart into raising them with love, strength, and unwavering support.
She will be remembered for her fierce love for her family and the warmth she brought to everyone around her. Lenore touched the lives of so many, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Lenore’s love will be remembered by those she cared about, and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
