Shirley Irene Carden Elliott, age 85, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. Funeral services were held on Sunday, March 9, 2025 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Blake Gifford officiated. Interment followed in the Carden Cemetery.
Mrs. Elliott is survived by her two sons, Johnny Frank (Linda) Carden, Jimmy Carden; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; one brother; three sisters.
Mrs. Elliott was preceded in death by her two husbands, John Henry Carden, and Leon Elliott; sons, Lewis Carden, Wayne Carden, Donald Carden; daughter Betty Carden; parents, Pete Berry and Gladys Nash Berry; and 4 brothers.
