Evelyn Gifford Sisk, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2024. Funeral services were held on Sunday, December 29, 2024 from the Mt. Nebo Baptist Church. Bro. Lynn Simmons officiated. Interment followed in the Clay Cemetery.
Mrs. Sisk is survived by her son, Eddie (Felicia) Sisk; daughters, Susan (Lynn) Simmons, Dianne Sisk, Nancy (Kirk) Nunnelley and Beverly (Jamie) Bell; sister, Martha Clayton; sister in law, Dorothy Sisk; eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Sisk was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne H. Sisk; parents, Herbert Gifford and Ruby Gifford; and brother, Robert Harold Gifford.
She was a member of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church.
