Vickie Owens, age 69 of Scottsboro, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 30, 2024 from the Butler Cemetery in Estillfork.
Mrs. Owens is survived by her brothers, Anthony (Sue) McBay, Darrin McBay, Michael (Michelle) McBay; sisters, Betty (Reece) Money, Robbin Brewer, Sherri Hall; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Mrs. Owens was preceded in death by her husband, David Owens; parents, John T. McBay and Luneda McBay; brothers, James McBay and Douglas McBay; sister, Tammy Cagle; nephews, Gary McBay, Steven Brewer and Douglas “Jr.” McBay; and a niece, Phylicia Cagle.
