James Burns Pace, Jr., age 90 of Scottsboro, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. Funeral services were held on August 25, 2024 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Matt Helms and Rev. Jeff Arnold officiated.
Mr. Pace is survived by his wife, Ruby Faye Phillips Pace; children, Kimberly Faye Pace (Doug) Keller, Melinda Lee Pace Clark and James B. Pace, III; grandchildren, Curtis Wayne (Crystal) Pace, Derek Pace, Sydney Keller, Caleb Keller, Madison Clark, Kinslee Clark and Callyn Pace; brother, Billy Earl Pace; sister, Brenda Lee Lloyd; several step siblings; Jimmy Wilkerson, Janice Wilkerson, Don Click, Veda Click, Randy Pittman and Linda Pittman.
Mr. Pace was preceded in death by his parents, James B. Pace, Sr. and Louella Pace; stepmother, Ruth Wilkerson; son, Barry Ryan Pace; brothers, Jerry Pace and Carter Pace; and sisters, Martha Sue Everett and Sarah Pace.
