Clarence Handley Bolte, age 86 of Scottsboro, passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024. Funeral services were held on Friday, August 16, 2024 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Donna King officiated. Interment followed in the Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Bolte is survived by his daughters, Jimmie Lou (Lee) Sparks, Amanda Bailey and Clara Cobb; grandchildren, Dustin Anthony Womack, James Allen (Cranessa) Bailey, Jacob Huett Lee Sparks, Sydney Elizabeth Cobb and Beverly Jo Cobb; and great grandchildren, Holder Allen Bailey and Shepherd Banks Bailey.
Mr. Bolte was preceded in death by his wife, Cary Nell Thrasher Bolte; parents, Horace Jr. and Johnsie Balch; and sisters, Waldene Brown and Susan Haney.
