Mary Nell Porter, age 79 of Section, passed away on July 30, 2024. Funeral services were held on Saturday, August 3, 2024 from the Section Funeral Home Chapel.
Mrs. Porter is survived by her daughters, Kathy (Michael) Dean; Tina (Julian) Phillips; grandchildren, Will (Jessica) Dean, Heath Boyd, Jennifer Fuller, Rebecca Phillips, Coty Paradise Phillips, Degan (Kellie) Phillips, Cody Rooks; great grandchildren, Bennett Dean, Jackson Dean, Makenzie (Garrett) Palmour, Caleb Fuller, Jaxon Fuller, Brianna (Nicolas) Gamble, Lexi Stubblefield, Addison Stubblefield, Grayson Stubblefield, Gable Lyle, Dylan Phillips; and great grandchildren, Braylee Gamble and Kaegan Gamble.
Mrs. Porter was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Porter; mother, Inez Patterson Helton; father, J.L. Helton; grandson, Andrew Phillips; and in laws, Willie Porter and Lillie Belle Porter.
