Mary Virginia Cargile, age 79 of Scottsboro, passed away on June 29, 2024. A graveside service was held on Sunday, July 14, 2024 from the Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Cargile is survived by her husband, Walter Cargile; siblings, Rex (Marie) Wells, Jimmy Wells, Charlotte (Rick) McDowell and Frances Culpepper; sister in law, Anne (Dennis) Romeli; brother in law, Martin (Sandy) Otway; niece, Deanna (DeLane) Griffin; nephews, Jonathan (Jenna) Bell and Derek Culpepper; great niece, Jade (Brandon) Buford; great nephews, Butler Bell, Parker Bell, Cross Culpepper, Chase Griffin, Hayden Otinger; and lifelong best friend, Barbara Lacey; as well as many other special and dedicated friends.
Mrs. Cargile was preceded in death by her parents, Ina Wells and Howard Wells; and sister, Carolyn Noles.
