The Intrigue of Bass Fishing

Over my many years of bass fishing the one thing that keeps putting me back on the water is the pure fact that it is not easy. Bass fishing requires skill, knowledge, and technique that rewards you when you accomplish a catch, especially the bigger ones.
I tell my customers all the time bass fishing is about being able to create a bite, you have got to acquire the skills to do this because this is the part of bass fishing that makes bass fishing tough, It is however the most rewarding part of the sport.
When you learn how to create a bite you have accomplished a big part of the technique to really enjoy the sport.
There are many ways to create a bite so the learning never stops, and as many anglers will tell you one day’s success is not always the key to the next day’s success.
Weather can change everything, water temperature, wind, current or lack of it, lure selection all become part of the learning process to catch fish every day. I know no angler has ever completed the process making every day a learning day on the water.
That however, is the fun, the challenge and the part that makes you a competitor, and brings you back the next day.
It is also true that bass are found in many types of freshwater bodies from deep rocky structure to shallow grassy water making bass fishing accessible in just about every state in America. Because bass are found in so many different types of bodies of water it has become one of the most popular fish to catch, allowing all access to becoming a bass fishing enthusiast.
One of the hidden intrigues of bass fishing is the fact that you’re out in some of the most beautiful natural settings offering peaceful surroundings and an escape from the pressures of the world we live in. Those of us that enjoy the competitive side of bass fishing. No sport in America has taken off faster with more competition and tournaments at every age level than bass fishing, attracting all to the sport. Adding fun and relaxation for all to experience!
