Hershel Wayne McAllister, age 85 of Woodville, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2024. Funeral services were held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 from the Pleasant Grove Holiness Church. James Carl Black, Jamie Black and Nick West officiated.
Mr. McAllister is survived by his wife, Josephine Hooper McAllister; children, Chris McAllister, Penny McAllister and Shane (Heather) McAllister; grandchildren, Adam (Tanya) Peacock, Dustin (Tonya) Peacock, Cody Mason, Tara McAllister, Kayla (Steven) Golden, Haley McAllister, Alli McAllister, Ethan Martin, Baleigh (Hunter) Prince and Gage McAllister; great grandchildren, Connie Peacock, Harley Peacock, Christopher Jaxon Peacock, Aubree Peacock and Addison Peacock; sister in law, Nita McAllister; brothers in law, Gary Siebak and David McLain; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Mr. McAllister was preceded in death by his parents, Glen McAllister and Eula McAllister; infant grandson, Gunner McAllister; sisters, Ethel (Eddie) Mozzer, Dorothy Siebak, Billie Faye McLain; brothers, Belvie McAllister, Earl (Trenda) McAllister; and Randy McAllister.
