Vera June Gilreath Carroll, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Funeral services were held on Friday, June 21, 2024 from the Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel. Her son, Joey Carroll officiated. Interment followed in the Kirk Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Carroll is survived by her husband, Billy Joe Carroll; son, Joey Keith (Page) Carroll; daughter, Sheila Carroll (Johnny) Green; brothers, Linton Eugene (Judy) Gilreath and Julius Jerome (Sharon) Gilreath, Jr.; and grandchildren, Audrey Carroll (Jonathan) Christensen, Hannah Green, Abby Carroll (Nathan) Hurley, Hillary Green and Jonathan Carroll
Mrs. Carroll was preceded in death by her parents, Julius Jerome Gilreath, Sr. and Velma Marie Gilreath.
