Michael David Lewis, age 68 of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Funeral services were held on Sunday, May 5, 2024 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Collis Sims and Bro. Floyd Williams officiated. Interment followed in the Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Lewis is survived by his wife, Becky Lewis; daughter, Tracy Lewis (Jason) Tubbs; grandchildren, Josh (Casie) Tubbs and Emily (Charlton) Brown; great grandchildren, Jaxon Tubbs, Andrew Tubbs, Selah Brown and Ellie Tubbs; brothers and sisters in law, Cindy (Manley) Hylton and Jimmy (Sharon) Miller.
Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by his parents, Glen Bradford and Gracie Bradford.
