Wanda “Faye” Wallingsford, age 87 of Scottsboro, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Steven Screws and Rev. Corey Burns officiated. Interment followed in the Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Wallingsford is survived by her sons, Tony (Tracy) Wallingsford and Rob Wallingsford; grandchildren, Butler Holland and Riley Holland; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Wallingsford was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Troy Wallingsford; parents, John Carter and Mattie Carter; sister, Juanita Baird; and half brother, Shorty Carter.
